Good to see you back, BigJ. :Thumbsup Do you ever hear from Scoutski? I'm assuming you still own the truck you bought from him? How about Dave [Cowboy]?..... Is he still doing OK in Alvin? :thinking I'm sure that there will be plenty of help here for your W100 project. :Thumbsup John Thanks everybo...
Hey guys, it's been a ling time since I've posted but I'm going to attempt to get a 67 w100 back on the road. Just wanted to say hello and see what resources are still out there.
Dave is my father-in-law. He is recovering from his knee surgery. He is still on crutches, probably be on them for a while. The surgery went well, really quick too. He was in and out before lunch time. Doctor said his knee looked good overall.
What size winch do yall think would be good for my '68 w-200 longbed? Guy at work has a 12,000 lb electric one for a good price. I'm guessing my truck weighs about 6,000-7,000 lbs maybe? Would this be enough or should i get a bigger one?
Man sounds like yall are havin a rough time. Sounds like my luck! Hope you make it home safe. Do you at least have a radio in the W-100? That would be a long ride with no tunes. Yeah, you gotta get a head start going up them hills with that Leaning Tower of Power! This is my favorite part: :clap Com...
I bet your glad to hear it's a boy! I know I was. I wanted a boy first, and now I got my little girl, so I'm happy. They are lots of fun and a lot of hard work. Hope everything is going smooth so far. Got a name picked out yet? Doug Jr.???
You mean you don't like when the humidity is just as high or higher than the temperature in the summer months? LOL. 100% humidity and 100 degree temp. Man, a fish fry sounds good. If I was to make it, I could make my almost world famous Boudin Balls. I take regular Boudin out of its casing, then mix...
I would like to say I'd be there but won't know for sure until I hear a date. With family, work and deer season, I don't have time for anything else. We usually get together at Cowboy's house in Alvin then cruise to the car show in League City in the summer time around June. Anyone is more than welc...
Nice lookin truck Jeff. I'll have to try and find some of those rims, cuz I really love these tires. I'm no 4x4 expert, but so far I've had good experiences with these tires as far as mud gripping.
menefreghista762... Here's some pics of my '68 W-200. I still have the H-1's on the back and wagon wheels on the front. I wish I could find 2-3 more wagon wheels so i could put them on the back. If i could i would get rid of my H-1 rims, i have 6 of them total I think. On the front with the H-1's th...
Don't know how many of yall know about this site. I have know about this site for a while. Just haven't had time to post it here. There are some bad @#% trucks here and he knows what he has. Mainly 4x4's dodge, jeeps, military. Check it out bunch of nice trucks here. There is even a pretty decent W-...
