Re: Question for the welders

I'm planning on installing new floorboards in my 67 crewcab. I've got some welding experience, I think I have enough to weld some floorpanels in. My question is would a 90 amp welder do the job? I'm trying to get away with buying a welder that runs on 115V. Somthing like this: http://www.harborfrei...

I heard that the privately owned company is going to re-structure Chrysler and then sell it to a bigger company, in less than a year, to turn a quick profit. One of the news channels said that company specializes in doing that.

Here is the link to one of the debates on a "D-100 Camper Special. This is page number 4. Scroll down to where "digdoug" posted a pic of which models dodge offered a Camper Special in. Just got a new job

I started my new job yesterday. I just got hired on at BP Refinery/Chemical Texas City site as a Machinist Apprentice. It is an awesome opportunity. I'm really excited. It is a 4 year program that teaches you from scratch to be a certified Machinist...Journeyman. I will learn to run pretty much any ...

I don't have too many bad things to say about my VTX. Well, the VTX is not as comfortable as my 8-ball. It was a 1300cc and I wanted a bigger engine and a more custom looking bike. Everywhere I turned I saw "my"(VTX) bike. There still aren't too many victorys running around yet. And the performance ...

Who else rides motorcycles? Here's mine

Just got this new toy a couple weeks ago.
It's a 2007 Victory Vegas 8-ball.
100 cubic inch motor!
All blacked out.
Traded in a Honda VTX.
Lets see some pics of some of your bikes.

Put the fenders and the hood together and make it a tip forward front end. Oh Yes. Won't happen though. Not enough demand. Too bad. Blue Just bolt them toghether. :Thumbsup Hood = 67# Fenders = ~25# ~117# total ft bumper = 20# rr bumper = 20# ~157# total We're gettin close anyway. Every 100#'s = 1/...

Now that is a clean truck. Lots of custom work put into it. Full air ride, IFS, moved fuel tank, where the heck is the battery? What are the guages in the glove box for? Maybe it's for the air ride. Love the seat!
