mine was all rotted out so i wire wheeled and cut out the really bad pieces, and welded in new metal. then used fiberal fiberglass filler (great stuff and easy to work with) to fill in the little pin holes and shape the missing gutter. to cover up any imperfections i sprayed the top with rapter line...

Buy a junk truck and a junk 60s wagon and get cutting. 2 door probably wouldn't be all that hard. Look in the Bunn/Brownell Dodge book, Dodge made a clay one in 1958, panel type, humpback roof. Believe me, I've thought about it. Even have a big block powertrain donor here to do it the right way... ...

I plan on it. I am going to do color match though. I bought my own $100 kit called Raptor Liner but i think i may have it professionally done. Ive used rapter liner alot. its really easy to spray, it comes in black or tone to any color. its really light duty, more for looks. has a great uv rating. ...

The powerwagon and I are off to the Puyallup 4x4 swapmeet tomarrow. Going to meet Don (POWWAG), he has a NP201 I'm buying. Its about 100 mile round trip, the last trip we were headed to lacey and the ballast restistor craped out. Sure enough no extras in the glove box :banghead. Now she has a double...
