Can I ask, when I last looked at this, I recalled the wires being directly soldered into the harness which confused me. Is that not right? I'm thinking about replacing mine.

I've been without my truck for almost 6 months. Late in the fall I started to have some electrical problems with rear turn signals and brake lights (another post will cover this). I bought mine from autopartswarehouse for $107 shipped. All door seals, whiskers, etc. except the vent window. Fit perfectly.

It shouldn't? Hmm... The stuff I've used is a white 3M Seam Sealer in a caulk gun cartridge. After a week or so it turned into a solid / hard surface that would chip and gouge out if I scratched it with a screw driver. It got so hard I could actually sand it down. Maybe it was a bad batch.

:goodpost I think, as a rule of thumb and all other alignment correct, you will have bump steer if the pitman is not vertical at dead center. Maybe someone else will chime in to tell me I'm wrong, but that hat would seam a pretty strong indicator that you are out of bounds and actually putting suspe...
