Roughly where do you live in CA? I saw response to your video where you say 'Northern CA'...just curious. Really like your truck.

Re: What are ANCO wiper arms going for these days?

If they fit a 66 D200 I would be interested in looking at some pics of them and buying them.

Re: new box power steering

I cant wait until this kit is done. This, the disc brake conversion AND potentially finding a donor cab to get my floorboards replaced all in a matter of days....sweet!

Please notify us all when this kit is ready to go! Thanks.

Re: All Mopar disc brake conversion

This is great. In the same week I may have found both a truly solid disc brake conversion AND a donor cab to potentially get my floorboards replaced. Is it replacing them if they are rusted out and not really there now? Plus if I get my apple stock split to go the way I am hoping, I will also ...

What Transmission Should I be Looking for?

Guys, I have a 66 D200 Crew. It has a 318 in it which runs well enough (and will be seeing the mechanic for proper tuning soon). I really want to get away from the granny-gear transmission I have in it now. What are your recommendations as to what I should be looking for? I have no intentions of a s...

Re: RED RAM ?

Thanks for the input. I also found similar info on the 50's era engines with Red Ram name. My grandfather's truck that I was referring to was a Ute, four-headlight grill version. In looking at various pics around the site, I believe his was a 63 or 64.

RED RAM ?

My grandfather drove nothing but Dodge trucks, and I now have a 66 D200 Crew to remember him. One of his trucks was re-done while I was a child and I always heard him and my mom refer to it as Red Ram. I have been in this Sweptline group for a couple of years now, and have looked around a bit for an...

Re: Fuel Tank/Toolbox

I wanted to add more capacity and keep my spare so I put a lifestyle era tank inside my frame rail. You can't see it unless your looking for it either and it's 30 gallons. I read someone's conversion on here and decided that was the way I wanted to do it. The tank was pretty cheap at the junkyard. ...

Fuel Tank/Toolbox

I am thinking of moving the fuel tank out of the cab of my '66 CC and going with a combo toolbox/fuel tank in the bed. This way I do not have to move the spare tire from under the bed. Has anyone gone this route? If so, how do you like it? Also, where did you find this type of fuel tank? thanks.

Re: RANGE OF YEARS....FLOOR PANS/CABS

I am not too worried about finding an entire crew cab. The guy doing my welding said that the back half of the cab can be done easy enough. He would really like to find a cab for the front to match the contours of everything there instead of having to fabricate it.

Re: RANGE OF YEARS....FLOOR PANS/CABS

Yes, mine is the D200 Crew. And it's rusted out badly. The guy doing the work for me said my best bet is to find a donor cab. You said you might have some options? What do you have?

RANGE OF YEARS....FLOOR PANS/CABS

GUYS, MY 66 CREW CAB HAS LITERALLY NO FLOOR LEFT. I HAVE FOUND SOMEONE THAT CAN DO THE WELDING FOR ME TO FIX THE PROBLEM, WHICH IS HALF THE BATTLE. THE OTHER HALF IS FINDING THE DONOR CAB. MY QUESTION FOR YOU GUYS IS, WHAT RANGE OF YEARS AM I ABLE TO LOOK FOR AS FAR AS FINDING A DONOR CAB THAT HAS F...

Re: FUEL TANK QUESTIONS

These tanks go on the outside of the frame rail. Dealer installed and aftermarket saddle tanks go outside the frame rail between the back of the cab and the tire. The '72-'93 stock Dodge tanks like 40YearOldFury and I used, go inside the frame. On the wheelbase issue, crew cab short beds have an 18...

Re: FUEL TANK QUESTIONS

I really wanted to go the route of the later model dodge tanks like you did. I followed your thread on swapping the tanks out and even found a cheap tank that was being parted out just a few weeks ago. BUT, i have a crew cab, and I dont have enough room for the length of tank. I had an available tan...
