Hello all, haven't been around here for quite some time! Sorry many bike projects, and a 20 acre farm haha, ANYWHO! My throw out bearing bit the dust on my 68 w200. I can NOT for the life of me , find the darn thing anywhere! Thought I had found the correct bearing. Was just gonna replace the bearin...

Hey Guys, truck failed inspection. Needs new king pins. And i reckon I should change U joint while in there. Anybody have the info on w200 pins and joints? I can't find. NAPA no luck. Everything else only half ton parts..... Thanks!

Hmmm , well top speed on my truck with the 488 spicer is 50. So maybe I'll just cruise at around 47 and take a little more time.

John, crawled under first light today , expecting the worst. Here, the reason the 4x4 shaft would rotate all the way was that a bearing cup actually jammed into the center of the slip yoke . Well John, got it all done was running really nice! Took the the wife to sonic drive in and drove around a bit. John, have everything about set, but one question... does the sliding yoke, or the solid drive shaft come off the transmission? Can't find a pic in any of the many manuals i have. It WAS set up when i bought truck with the solid shaft connected to the transmission. Want to make sure i don't screw up...

Well first light today I went out and looked under truck and i think i see my problem. When i replaced all the u joints i marked the yolks etc.. And put everything back the way they came off. just called NAPA to get price on clutch for my 68 w200. 174 bucks. Thats a complete kit. Napa actually has alot of old swepty parts.
