Re: Checking in been a long time

That has the makings of a killer RV of some sort. Put a roof on it like a VW Westfalia camper van has, maybe. I like this truck. I think $3,500 - $4,000 is a reasonable start point on price. Any idea on fuel mileage? This would be a great Cummins swap candidate! Miles per tank ? No idea but probably...

Re: Checking in been a long time

Gordo.I'm thinking to set it $4000 and see if there is interest, I know the history
of the truck and the owner who is very meticulous about maintainance and use.
Great to hear from you.

Drive shaft question

Did Dodge Sweptlines, any model of 1/2 or 3/4 ton RWD have split drive shafts , two shafts with a carrier bearing supporting the
sections ? Or were they all single shaft from trans to differential.

Re: More Colorado Sweptline Cruise Photos

I'm very interested in the yellow 64/65 and it's camper set-up. Especially the tailgate. Some other things you might not notice are that the cab and bed are one piece, the rear wall of the cab has been removed , it is a convertible and it has a sink in it. Who owns it ? A forum member ? I would lik...

Rear hub puller success

Just a word of success. I have heard so many concernes about pulling the tapped axle shaft hubs, that I was up tight about pulling mine. As it turned out the procedure was vey easy, of course having the correct tool is a positive. Admittedly there is very little rust to contend with. Only about thre...

Hewy, I bought one of the ebay cheapo's.....used it 4 times...no prob. Finally happened brake failure

My truck sat over a month and moved it yesterday, to wash it and surprise , hit the floor with the brake pedal. Yanked on the drive shaft slow down device  got it stopped. Anyone got a hub puller for sale ? This will be a one time use, going to renew both rear brakes. I see some on ebay for $70...
