hi i was wanting to lift my 69 powerwagon 4 or 6" what all does it consist of?, parts and prices??im on a budget but i want to do it right!!

i recently replaced my tranny and tranfercase in my 1969 w200 powerwagon the gear ratio is 4.10 my top speed is 50 mph
at 3000rpm can a person change the 4th gear in the tranny in stead of getting different pinion and ring gears??and if not what ratio would be good for 65 -70mph??
