No idea. Not very many, though. Since the first time I saw this one (and let it get away) back in '06, I've only found pix of 2 others online. Champion made a lot more class a style rvs.

Brought this beast home last year. Lots of structural wood rot. Will be doing a complete rebuild. Hope to start next summer. 318/727 https://scontent-ort2-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.30808-6/284433167_10228426318467638_8292399933881435386_n.jpg?_nc_cat=110&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=0debeb&_nc_ohc=BbJ__h06gTkAX9grfTD...

My latest folly. Lots of rot in the wood, but since it's so unique, I plan to fix it. Anyone ever seen another one? I can't find much info about old Champion motorhomes on the web. https://scontent.fden3-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/120100135_10224349945800869_4510936769530702389_o.jpg?_nc_cat=110&_nc_s...

Re: 1970 Dodge Dude camper special
Pictures please!
I'm not sure there is any way to verify the production numbers, but it sounds like you have one of the best surviving Dudes out there.

That is good to know. I've read elsewhere Mopar didn't switch till 73 or 74....Hobcobble wrote:The valve seat information is encouraging.66patrick wrote:All 360s have hardened valve seats from the factory. The first 360 came out in the 1971 MY, and by that time, ALL Mopar engines had them.

Re: Early 360 Engine
I think all the pre-Magnum 360s were about the same. Police models, Volare Super Coupe (& Lil Red Express trucks?) had forged crank w/ windage tray. Pre-74 still had soft exhaust valve seats. Those are the only things I can think of.....

Nice! I'm also tired of wrenching on the ground, outside. I've got plans for the building I want, but It's going to have to wait until I retire.... :(

Glad they caught him. My ; It's a good thing guys like oklamopar aren't in charge of the criminal justice system. As flawed as it is, it's better than anarchy.

Re: Certicard ?
Anyone else's Certicard labels printed on Pentastar label tape? They are a little hard to see in the pic. You can see one between the "V" and "I" in Virgil.
