Re: trailer hitch
Ben The one for 'Lifestyle" era trucks will fit. :2cents I got one @ U-Haul. Depends on the bumper style. You should be able to take one and try it out and return it if it doesn't work. Just involves drilling some holes in the frame. I haven't installed mine yet but I have held it up for a trial fit...

Sounds like a lot of people I run into almost daily!
Good find!
Doesn't look too bad for a parts truck, especially since you got what you wanted for your "project".

Re: Hi, new member here with a project truck
NICE RIG!
The side marker lights in good shape are worth 'almost' what you paid for the truck.
There is a member in Walnut Creek that has a TON of parts {and knowledge}.
PWRWGNDRVR......................aka Terry H.
Have fun with your project.

Re: drive shaft length
From what I've seen in other people's posts about similar swaps I think drive shafts are going to be the LEAST of your issues.
Input shaft size and spline count, depth, bell housing, trans mount, clutch linkage, etc, etc.
Try doing a SEARCH for more info.
