Re: exhaust question
Exhaust system on my 66 W100 318 Poly was recreated by a very competent exhaust tech Could not find the correct looking y pipe so that was built from scratch. Only thing that was changed is muffler. I went with a welded style instead of the wrapped style for longevity. Been on the truck now for 20 y...

Re: 9.25" axle swap
The 9.25 I found was from a 1975 van. It caught my attention because it was removed from a low mileage van 30-years ago and has been stored indoors since. Correct bolt pattern, sure grip, right gear ratio. The guy selling the 9.25 said it was 65-1/2" axle to axle and that's without drums. I have re...

Re: DTA Dodge Sweptline.org and Forum
Very unfortunate. I also have noticed the decline. Its seems in the Facebook Groups that constantly someone is posting for people to join a new group.
All that does is take away from actual forums and spread it around.

Thats what happens when people are on Facebook. Decreases traffic on a good forum with readily available searchable topics.

Re: 9.25" axle swap
The 9 1/4 truck RA will match spring spacing and overall perfectly or possibly slightly wider. Rear axles from 61 to 93 Dodge trucks will interchange. As said the 8 3/4 was used up to 1974 in all Mopar vehicles. All 61 to 74 truck 8 3/4 interchange. Your choice what diff you put in , But I would lea...

Thanks for the reply! If that goes there , then where does the socket with white and black wire/socket go? I believe that’s the oil pressure indicator, I know the 2 on the outer ends are blinkers and the 2 inwards from there are regular cluster lights, only other hole is the center for the high bea...

Re: 318 Ignition/Start Issue
Have you tried jumping starter relay to see if it turns over. Ballast has nothing to do with engine not turning over.
If it turns over then check at switch and wiring to relay.

PTO off the 435 trans. Crane is a 1969 Hiab Speedloader. I am no PTO geek. On the truck I am building I have a dual output Braden PTO (output shaft comes out both front and rear) mounted on my NP201. The plan is to run both the winch and the hydraulic pump that runs the dump bed with the same PTO, ...
