LC from PA you didn,t say what size engine you had but if it is a 318 you may have a low volume low psi pump I had the same type trouble with vapor lock go to NAPA and get a pump for a 360 more PSI and Volume fixed me up :study :study :salut :salut LC

LC from PA my weather stripping has been on for apr 14 years still sealing no water leaks some air noise at 100 :lol: :lol: :lol: just take your time dry run the fit before gluing should have about 1-2" extra in center of bottom of door :study :study :salut :salut LC
