Re: Wiper Blade Refills

I really need some solid refills for my ‘68. They still have the original blade holders on them. I do not want to replace the arms or blade holders. I’m looking for the slide in blades only.

Any leads?

Re: Lighting issue

Re: Lighting issue

Does your front marker lights stay on when your headlights are on? If so, I would say that the running light circuits for the front and rear are reversed on the connection to the headlight switch. If not, then I would suspect the headlight switch itself. Doug I'll check what's plugged into what on ...

Lighting issue

1968 LWB D100 /6

When I turn the light switch to just the parking lights the tail lights come on and the license plate light comes on. When I then pull the switch to turn on headlights the rear taillight and license plate light go out but brake lights work and blinkers work

I’m guessing the switch?

Re: Ballast Resistor question

Correct no good or bad....usually. If the wire is marginal, it can heat up a go open but, this is very rare. Go with the 1.5 ohm. The ones I like are from Autozone Duralast AL795. I haven't had one go bad, so my spare has been used for engine starting, testing etc. It also is the most original look...

Thanks Terry, I searched the the Covercraft site but I'm only seeing covers for like $400.00. Where did you find the $160 version?

Hotwire a Swepty

Left my key in a different state. I need to hotwire my truck. I can get it to crank, but i believe i need to get it to the on position first. I think i'm missing a step.

Can someone jog my memory. See image below.
