ya the lip around the edge was rusted up. it was an extra one he had to. he doesnt wanna give it to me for my truck but i think i can get it outta him.

it could be a f**k up from the factory. me and my dad have been lookin at his 74 challenger hes restoring and the filler panel between the trunk and back window was welded in crooked and the left inner wheel well was put together f**ked up. so this could to be another factory oops
