Pretty cool. I saw a 65 D100 right hand drive.

It does sound familiar, as many members have mentioned "lowering a D truck" by using w series leafs. So in this case it works opposite?

Its whole, and full of holes. Its definitely restorable, but the cowl already has holes through it, rockers, cab mounts etc. Too many weeds to see much more. Story goes, guy pulled it out of field after about 15 yrs, replaced brake & clutch parts, engine parts, etc. Got it moving under its own power...

It's 46 years old! ! There is a 2005 Dodge out in my driveway with 130k that's already needed a front end rebuild and a leaf spring replaced. So don't be too hard on the old girl.
