What I am looking for currently is a parking light cover for my '66 Chrysler 300. Saw one on e-bay once for $100, way to expensive. I am thinking $10-$15 for the cover. The cover I have is cracked and almost falling apart on the passenger's side but the drivers side is fine.

I am 26 and have been on this site just over a year. I have been in Mopars all my life (my father is a Gen. Manager for a dealership). Still trying to learning how to restore, just haven't had much chances lately. Currently own 66 chrysler 300, 62 + 64 D100, 2005 Ram 1500. Hoping to get one of my tr...

Saw "Smokin' Aces" this weekend I there is a Short-bed Ute in one scene(10-15 secs). Couldn't see the headlights/grille to determine the year.

I had e-mailed Hoss back in June to see how his truck was coming along with the parts he got from me. Last thing I heard from him was that he bought a new house and was trying to settle in.

I think it is oil, when I first posted this problem I had put my fingers into the puddle and it was filmy, what I would think of as oil. However the puddle has dried in the last week and it doesn't seem to be oil. I'll try a little water on the puddle when I get home from work tonight and see if it ...

I never really thought of anything in the heads. The heads were about the only thing I had paid to get done. I had the valve seats changed so I could run unleaded and replaced all the valves and springs because the machine shop recomended it. Is there a way of checking the valve seals without too mu...

OK, didn't get a chance to post this last night so here are the findings I have. The compression is close for all 8 cylinders and no signs of oil on the plugs. So all signs point to Russ's answer of condensation. However my friend suggested possibly the carbeurator could need adjusting because of ho...

I know that it is a 383 RB, I completely rebuilt it about a year and a half ago and made sure while it was out to write down all the serial and block numbers I could find so I had documentation later. I am not sure where people are thinking that it is a dual exhaust, I only have one tailpipe out the...

about how much oil, yesterday when I backed it out of the garage there was probably a 4in diameter puddle. It only seems to leave this when it is cold however. I have driven acouple of trips all around 70-100 miles and only ever had to put at most a quart of oil in before the next time I drive it bu...

383 RB question

I am getting a small puddle of oil out the tailpipe when I start the engine cold, once the engine warms up the oil out the tailpipe seems to disappear. This engine was freshly rebuilt with new rings, seals and gaskets. I am sure someone here has an answer for this issue, any help is appreciated. I k...

Hey John;
When I replaced my brakes last year on the '66 300, I remember that the drums listed for it were 11 X 2.5 inches. If you want me to take a picture of the brake drum, I probably could get a pic later tonight when I get home.

I know I have seen a couple people on here that are from Ontario Canada. I was thinking if it was a big enough location for site seeing etc.. we could draw some more in to have a rally. Anyone from NW PA or NE OH might be able to make it. I know Cleveland and Pittsburgh are only 4-5 hours away for m...
