I recently had the same issue in my D100. I found that I had run out of fluid in the clutch master cylinder. refilled and had to bleed the slave cylinder quite a bit to get my clutch petal to raise back up.

My Grandfather used to drive Dodge and Chrysler vehicles and referred to himself as poor poppa.

Just going to clean and polish it for now. Trying to find touch up paint to match. Have no idea what the current blue metallic is. Its not clear coat. The last owner had put brown foe rust spots on it. Been taking that off and just trying to give it a cleaner look. Got a few mechanicals to work out....
