I've lost power steering. I noticed it's leaking fluid from the pump and the hydrolic steering assist manifold. Could both fail at the same time? (Btw It has fluid in the reservoir)

I'm new to the forum. Thanks for having me. I just purchased a 1979 original dodge bench seat. It's in fantastic condition, and going in my 69 d200 camper. Any tips or willing to trade the 79 for a original 1969 bench seat.
