I'm interested in replacing the voltage limiter housed in the stock fuel gauge as well on my 1967 D100. Scoured the internet, this forum and other Mopar forums on this topic and ran across another approach:

Re: OEM Battery Hold-Down
RonHall76, "YES" to all of your questions. The "hole" in the flat edge of the fender is square to accept the square detail on the shank of the threaded hold down bolt/rod. The hole is in the side of the battery tray for the opposite hold down bolt/rod. The end opposite the threaded end of this hold ...

Re: OEM Battery Hold-Down
I realize this is an old post, but wanted to confirm for future readers that the ‘66-‘71 battery hold down clamp is OEM p/n 1828352 or Hoffman’s Winner Circle p/n BHD03S. This is the same hold down used on all ’66-’69 Dodge car body styles. They are available from multiple suppliers. Just replaced t...

Hose Clamps
To the point in the restoration of my 1967 D100 with original 318 that I'm wanting to exchange currently installed worm gear type hose clamps with clamp styles that would have been originally installed at the factory. I think that the upper and lower radiator, bypass and heater hoses were Corbin sty...

Re: Spare Tire Carrier Rod
Finally obtained all the parts. Installed the spare tire carrier with a new P215/75R15 new tire and existing rim from the old spare tire that had been laying in the bed of the truck. Thanks again for the lessons learned on how to ensure the wing nut stays retained on the threaded J hook.

Re: Gotta replace the rear glass in my truck... Where to find seal?
Replaced my original '67 D100 small back window gasket last February with a continuous gasket and black lock strip from Rubber the Right Way out of San Diego, CA. Cost was less than $100 including shipping. P/N 10-148W.

Re: Fender Pentastar emblem placement
This emblem was missing when I started the restoration of my dad's 1967 D100 Custom. As part of the restoration process I installed an aftermarket gold colored plastic emblem into the existing passenger side fender holes. Installed with adhesive used for door weather stripping in lieu of "speed nuts...

Re: Spare Tire Carrier Rod
Thanks for the photo. It now makes sense. I'm missing the bracket that the rod "hooks" into. I'll fabricate a 2" wide bracket out of 2"x2"x1/4" angle iron and possibly secure it by piggybacking off the 7/16" bolt that mounts the bed to the frame. Hopefully that should do the trick. I'll post a pictu...

Re: Spare Tire Carrier Rod
PwrWgnDrvr, thanks for the heads up. I'll make sure to add the redundant jam/lock nuts to ensure that the tire stays securely in place.

Spare Tire Carrier Rod
Can anyone provide a photo of where the 9-1/2" long spare tire carrier threaded rod "hooks" to on the frame? I'm installing a used carrier with a NOS rod and wing nut on my 1967 D100 long bed to replace the original carrier that has long been missing in action. This is the rod that I'm referencing. ...

Re: Engine Bay Decals
Mark, Haven't run across a big block 2bbl Heavy Duty Oil Bath Air Cleaner during my search for the air cleaner maintenance label. Looking at the parts catalog available on this site the air cleaner part number is 2658385 found in catalog section 14-29-2. You, peaked my interest on the label oriented...

Re: Engine Bay Decals
Mark,
Thanks for the reply. It's ironic that that "CYA " label was installed upside down on the door jamb. Will let you know if I run across a HD Air Cleaner Decal.
