I want to switch from a three on the tree to an automatic on my 61 with a /6, what should I be looking for?

Check your fuses? Manufactures would tie the two (dash lights and tail lights) together to indicate that the vehicle had no tail lights when the dash lights wouldn't illuminate.

Some of the parts are exclusive and one year only on the 61's. But that's what makes it a challenge. Your truck looks great!

I had Covercraft make a custom sized one for my 68 SWB

I've come to the conclusion that I need to totally re-wire my 61 D100. Very simple system, any recommendations are welcomed.

That's the correct photo. I asked them about the cab mount depression and they replied that it didn't come with one. I'd suggest using Kenny's floor pans, they have the correct mounting hole and depression.

Anyone have a photo of a stock 1961 D100 gauge cluster. The one that's in there now has the odometer above the needle, early cluster?

60's Ford Mustang tank fits between the frame rails in the spare tire area. Type in "fuel tank" in the search area.

Okay, I'm really confused now. Borrowed this from another forum: If you look in the pre 63 heads the spark plug threaded hole has NO machined bevel on the opening, just a drilled and tapped hole. 63-74 have a machined bevel at the mouth of the hole, perfect for the taper of the tube and the washerle...

Do the spark plug crush washers on a 61 /6 225 belong on the inside or outside of the spark plug cup?
