Re: Another new guy...

Great to see you’ve come on board. If you want to post a picture send it in an email to yourself and size it at that point and then it will be something that you could actually post. Enjoy the Dodge not to many left drive around. Very simple to work on too. 😬

Re: Airbags or coil overs

I am voting for coils for the fact that the quality of ride will be better as long as you spend enough on your shocks and get the proper spring rates. Do the homework it will pay off. Your doing great work, the 4 link is a big time update. Mark 69 crewcab affectionately called the Oil spill.

Re: swapping front springs

Hi I recently swapped out my front springs and shocks. I have a 68 crewcab 440 that had the reverse springs. I ordered a set of W250 3” lift from Skyjacker. The ride is dramatically better. The bushings were the same, but it is best to measure, there is different sizes for the year and model. I orde...

Re: 6ft. Fleetside bed value?

Short bed definitely in short supply. I would be in at $500 but I am on the central coast down 101 by Buellton California so I don’t think we can do a deal. :2cents

Re: 68 crew cab dually

Yes it's the twin paxton supercharger one, you can see the guy's post on bangshift. The Good is the supercharger, 512 motor with nhra billit crank and rotating assembly, but the complexity and backyard engineering on a beer budget cannot be overstated. The main Pinon bearing was blown up and sm465 t...

68 crew cab dually

hi I'm new to the group I got this 1968 crew cab dually. It was originally a tow rig for an NHRA dragster in the 19 eighties. It sports a 512 stroker big block. It has an under over box. And it will need a bit of work, due to towing many heavy loads. It's a real Franken truck, I'm going to change th...
