Can anyone help me pick headers for my 69 W200, 318, I understand I will need short headers as the fit on the starter side is tight. I purchased a power steering pump and It mounts below the pump.
What do you think I will run into. I understand I must re-route the lower radiator hose. What else.

I have a 1969 Dodge W200 with a 318 ci. Currently adding a hydraulic pump for power steering to the 318 block on the driver side. Currently, the pully is 6.125" in diameter. Not sure what the hole is in the bottom of the block on the deck where the Oil pan mounts.
Should I plug the hole? What is the plug part number?

OMG....This was it....the adjustment was loose as a goose and probably tighten up. I thru in the towel and purchased a new booster first. The "block" on the frame is not a proportioning valve. It is not a valve of any sort. It is a safety switch only. Its purpose is to sense a lack of pressure in either the front or rear circuits and then illuminating the light on the dash to indicate this failure. It does not affect, or control brak...
