Re: 1969 D300 Disc Upgrade
Well man, he makes a kit for D100, D200, D300, W100, W200, but not W300. Is there just not the demand? Would think there's enough W300s for one small business to make em. Ray Suiter is not doing it anymore . I believe Helitool is also Ray Suiter.

Air compressor Cooler
People are adding transmission coolers to their air compressor as a water condenser and rig it up with 3/8 id line. I have a 9hp and will probably be ably to use 5/8 line, but will I be able to keep it functional if I want to sandblast, or am I'm concerned about nothing? *we still doing 3rd party we...

Ok thx. Ya, I won't need to do any work on the cab itself, but will need to uncouple it and drive out to blast the frame.

Cab and Saw Horses
I want to mount cab on two WOOD saw horses. Would your standard pair of saw horses be strong enough? Typical wood sawhorse can hold about 250 lbs e/. I don't know weight of cab. I can remove doors, but not the windshield.

A two year old post but here it goes...
For what make and for what year are those calipers & rotors? Is this an actual one ton W300 ?

Kaiser M715 and W300 disc kits:
Any of you people who have been fortunate enough to receive this disc conversion kit, have the desire to take over where Ray Suiter left off? If someone had machine shop skills, maybe we can use Ray's design as a model and come up with something.

Re: Disc brake sets for the Sweptline W100 and W300 trucks
I was looking to convert it to disc brake since drums are no where to be found. I last was in contact with Ray in think it was September October last year. He said he'd be working on developing kits, redesign over the winter. I didn't want to bug and annoy the guy, so I didn't try and contact him un...

Re: Disc brake sets for the Sweptline W100 and W300 trucks
Well that's too bad. I have a W300 and everything is riding on one dude who has abandoned his stated intentions.
So anyone suggest a specific axle front end that I should look to find? Wondering if I could keep the bell housing or does it all need to removed?

@wildergarten
Have you ever heard any update from Ray Suiter? Almost one year and nothing. I sent an email resently. Anyone know Ray on a more personal level? Maybe a phone call can be possible. I wish him well with his health.
If there is a desire to take up collection to buy blue prints, I'm in.
