I have a 69 d100 and nothing happens when I use my turn signal. My parking and headlights work fine. Any idea where I should start checking for a solution?

My 69 sat for a few years and the dash and steering wheel are dry but dirty. I washed the interior today but the wheel and dash face aren't cleaning up well. The dash face is painted metal. The wheel is black plastic. Any suggestions on cleaning both real well? Thanks.

I just bought a 69 d100. I siphoned the old gas out of the tank and there is some reddish gunk in there. I'm also getting it in my fuel filter. I tried draining the tank from under the truck until it seemed empty. I put a gallon of clean gas in to flush out crud but nothing came out the bottom. I'm ...
