Yours is a 1970.
But i think you can not find out the month.

Nothing till these days.

Now i bought the LOKAR dip stick and tube.

Can someone tell me how far the dip stick looks into the tranny???
The Lokar stick iss adjustable in its length.

Hello from germany. No patches or numbers on the headers. I asked the son from the pre owner ( he is living in germany) if he knows something. He told me that this must be some HEDMAN headers. There is enough place at the starter,steering and tranny. I took the HEDMAN h-pipe on it with some flowmast...

I have got some long headers in my 70s D200 ,383.
They come with the truck.I think that are HEDMANs. I will look these days if i find a number and let you know.

727 oil dip stick

Hello from germany.
When i bought the truck the dip stick for the 727 was missing.
So i bought one from SUMMIT.Tube and stick.
It works but its to short.The measurement is always an act.
I wrote in "searching" category,but no answer.

Can somone send me a pic and a measurement? BB 383 WITH AC.

Hi.

New drums and i drove the truck some miles.
The truck stops slowly.There is no hard point.Pedal is spongy.
If i push the pedal hard the left rear wheel is still standing.

Iam not sure because i have ordered new drums and i will receive it next week.

I dont know the right translation.
We have drilled out the drums to the maximum size.
I think the shoes diameter will not perfect fit to the drums diameter .....

Hello. Its not the booster.I have tryed one from a guys running/brakeing truck. Last year the brake was perfect.At the end of the summer there was metal to metal,the hoses was bad,..... So i have changed the whole system including the master cylinder. After replacing all the parts i never had a good...

Hi.
But if the booster is bad,the pedal must be hard when enginebis running.Am i right ?

Is it possible that the MC is inside bad betwen the front and the rear?

Hello. We have tryed also to pump quickly. Yesterday i have opened each wheel cylinder after another and let fluid drop about an hour each. Hard pedal if engine is not running. Running engine spongy pedal to the floor. With engine running i disconnected the hose from the booster.Engine rpm gets high...
