Start of by getting yourself a factory service manual to show exploded view of knuckle area. Identify whether a 3000 lb small knuckle or a 3500 lb large knuckle. Verified with the shop that did the install that Hotwire was the source of the harness, etc.

Yep, 61-67. That is what came with it when I got it from Glenn. I have a 68 hood that I am prepping in my intro to collision repair class. Will change them out when I get it painted.

I did not. Just bled the system at the slave cylinder after installation. Did not even think of the bench bleeding.

Will try to bleed it while mounted on the firewall. Hopefully that will rectify the issue.
