Re: Thoughts on Price
there weren't very many responses to my post, and not a lot of comparables. figured it is better to start high and lower the price over time, then start lower and have it go quick and not know how much you left on the bone.

Thoughts on Price
Hello all. Most likely going to sell my 68 Dodge W200, as I don't drive it as much as I should. Figured someone else can get more use / enjoyment out of it. There are not a lot of comparables, so not quite sure what a fair number would be for selling it. Any help coming up with coming up with a rang...

Re: Hub / Front Axle Question
Start of by getting yourself a factory service manual to show exploded view of knuckle area. Identify whether a 3000 lb small knuckle or a 3500 lb large knuckle. I suspect it may be the large knuckle.. Parts can be bought from Vintage Power Wagons or possibly TorqueKing 4x4. It may just need a shim...

Hub / Front Axle Question
And my other question for my 68 Dodge W200 Crew that is in the shop right now for a few small repairs / improvements: When they went over it after putting it up on a lift and taking the wheels off, they mentioned that there was some play in the axle-hub area of the front. They stated it was somethin...

1968 W200 Leaf Springs
Hello All. Are there any decent companies that make leaf springs for a 68 Dodge W200? I have the crew cab, and was going to replace the leaf springs. A local shop could so far only stated that they will most likely need to be custom made, which is gonna be expensive. So they advised me to check with...

Re: Clutch Pedal Not Returning
I do not know the slave is also bad. All I know is that the master was the one that leaked all over the floor of my cab. I did purchase a replacement slave cylinder, but was not exactly sure how easy it would be, so I was holding off on it. It is also not the easiest thing to get to (I have an exhau...

Re: Clutch Pedal Not Returning
I did not. Just bled the system at the slave cylinder after installation. Did not even think of the bench bleeding.
Will try to bleed it while mounted on the firewall. Hopefully that will rectify the issue.
Thank you.

Clutch Pedal Not Returning
1968 Dodge W200, Slant 6, 4-Speed I came home one day and found that my clutch master cylinder had leaked out into the floor of my cab. I ordered a new master cylinder, installed it, and connected the linkage to the clutch pedal. When going through the bleeding process, there were problems with the ...

Part Number Assistance
I need to replace the clutch slave cylinder return spring that is down by the transmission. I checked with Napa and they did not have any idea what I needed. This is for a slant 6 1968 W200 (4-speed if it matters). Does anyone know a part number or correct name if what I typed up above is incorrect?...

Speedometer Cable Connection at T-Case Leak
Hello all. As stated in the subject, there is a leak on my transfer case (NP-201) where my speedometer cable attaches to it on my 68 W200. The leak is on the backside of the connector that slides around on the end of the connector until screwed onto the t-case. I am not sure if it is missing a gaske...

Re: Slant 6 Manifold Bolt Info Needed
I use mini vise grip or mini pipe wrench. Or, u could measure the depth of the empty hole, determine the size and thread with a bolt and get studs based on the measurements. Im pretty sure it is a 5/16" coarse thread in the head and fine thread on the nut end. But might be 3/8". Don't feel like wal...
