Retro Sound. Simple to install, looks period correct. Bluetooth music from your phone works very well. Lots of options if you want.

Re: Full Time 4x4 Hubs 70 PW
I swapped my D44 for a D60 out of a '79 W300. It has drive flanges and I don't intend to change them. I don't see it harming anything in the t-case.

Re: seats
My trucks original seat was long gone by the time I got it. It had something out of a Lincoln in it's place. Anyways, I tossed that bench seat. I'm not sure what I'm going to replace it with. I'm thinking about on these universal bench seats from TMI. Lots of materials and colors to choose from, and...

Re: Spring help
I put a Dana 60 from a 79 dodge in my 65 W200, I used the springs from the 65 but I had to use 3 degree wedge shims to get the pinion angle correct and then the caster angle was acceptable. I’ll have to go back and look at my notes to get the exact angles. The Dana 60 right side spring mount is cast...

T-case U-joint
This is the rear yoke off the NP201 t-case in my '65. It uses the 7260 u-joint, and has the flange mounting for the parking brake drum. I would like to go to larger u-joints when I build new driveshafts, either 7290, 1350, 1410. I can't seem to find anything with the flange for the parking brake. Ha...

Re: axle shaft movement
The axle shaft itself will move a fair amount, the only thing locating the shaft is a bushing # 2-03-4 in the diagram. It is just a bushing, not a bearing, so there will be wear allowing more play. The lock out hub will actually help locate the shaft as well. But, movement of the shaft does not have...

W200 Leaf spring bushings ('65)
I'm in the process of installing all new suspension bushings, and I wanted to make a list of all dimensions for reference. Front leaf springs use x2 rubber bushings with a inner sleeve. Inner sleeve ID- 1/2" Inner sleeve width- 2-7/8" Outer sleeve OD- 1" Outer sleeve width- 2-1/2" Front leaf spring ...

Re: Spicer 60 rear disc conversion
I'm just getting started my 65 W200. I ordered a universal kit. it came with GM calipers, pads, rotors, hoses, and the universal brackets. I will have to do some work to the brackets to get them to fit correctly. I'm into it for about $350 with buying the kit, new right hand thread lug studs, and wh...

Re: NP 435 input shaft seal
I just rebuilt the NP435 in my '65, ball bearing style. There is not a seal for the input shaft. It was odd to me, but I guess that's how they were back then.

Re: 66 power wagon emblems (placement help)
Nice looking truck! What size tires are on it? I can't decide what size to put on mine when I get it back together, I'm torn between 255/85r16 or 315/75r16.

I have the 318 Poly. It's currently being bored and stroked to a 392. Not sure where you are on the engine build but Gary at Pentastar Performance is very good. He has a shop out at the airport and is on Facebook, I can get you a number if you need it. I work second shift at Westech in Mills and on...

I had the same problem. Don't upload them to this site. Use photobucket or something like that, then copy the URL and paste it in your post. Full size pictures!

Re: NP435 questions
Thanks for the replies guys. I was hoping that most of the parts listings were wrong for my year and it is a 10 spline. Can anyone confirm that these trucks use a close ratio, tall first gear instead of the granny low? wypowerwagon440, It's good to see another local power wagon guy!

NP435 questions
Hi Guys, I need some input. While pulling the transmission out of my early '65 W200, i noticed it is a 10 spline input shaft. When I ordered a clutch for it, everything I can find says it should be a 23 spline. I wonder if it was changed at some point in the past. I know its a close ratio transmissi...

Re: Dana 60 front
I've just finished rebuilding a D60 out of a 79. It was a single wheel, so no help there. You might consider a set of hub/ rotor assemblies from a chevy D60, then you can add locking hubs. I'll be swapping it in shortly, I'm waiting on a 79 F250 steering box to arrive so I can mount it up and setup ...
